E-Filing
Effective November 1, 2016 all counties in the 15th Judicial District are mandatory e-filing counties. All licensed attorneys must file all new cases and documents with new or existing cases with the District Courts of the 15th Judicial District of Kansas, utilizing the Kansas Courts Electronic Filing System.
For those attorneys not yet registered, please visit the Kansas Judicial Branch Website, https://www.kscourts.org/Ecourt/Kansas-Courts-eFiling
for training and support. The attorney support phone number is 1-844-892-3721 or support email is kansassupport@tybera.com. You must setup an e-filing account to allow you into the eFlex system. You may contact efilingadministrator@kscourts.org for more information.

Transcript REquest Information
Transcript requests in the 15th Judicial District are governed under Administrative Order 23-1. Below are the standardized forms for the District.

Self Represented Litigants may file a Poverty Affidavit with their transcript request and proposed order.

When Paper Forms are REquired
Clerks will accept paper forms from ONLY Self Represented Litigants and other agencies without access to the eFlex system. Documents will be file stamped, scanned and verified. After completion of the filing process, paper documents will be destroyed, with the exception of those referred to in Administrative Order 2016-5.
